Tony Moeaki to make Bills debut; Fred Jackson gets green light


Tight end Tony Moeaki will make his Buffalo Bills debut this afternoon against the Miami Dolphins in Ralph Wilson Stadium.

Bills running back Fred Jackson, as expected, will play after missing practice time with sore ribs.
